Earring weight can range depending on design! Usually I will put in listing or Instagram when a design is on the heavier side. I use Polymer clay for my earrings, when beads or charms are added they do add more weight! you can always write in notes to not have beads dangling to take some weight off!

Polymerclay earrings are durable but they can break when not taken care of properly. I do not give refunds, if your kids or someone breaks them, your dog eats them, etc. each earring takes a lot of time & love! and when they leave my home to yours, they are out of my hands. if its something that has to do with chain or something else, please send me an email so we can figure out a solution together, thank you!

Shipping can take anywhere to 2-3 weeks depending on what is purchased. Custom order shipping can take about 2-5 weeks depending on where your order status is.

I am a full time parent, and I homeschool so sometiems shipping days are pushed back depending on the week. You can always send me an email regarding your order status.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund? You have 24 hours after purchasing to cancel your order and get a full refund.

Yes! If your order is over $100 USD then I will refund your $5 shipping back.

There are instances where something happens to your earrings and you’d like it being fixed and you ask if you can send back. I’d prefer if you keep the pair you have and usually I’ll make a new pair to cover that pair. I really want to make sure you guys are happy and taken care of when purchasing from me, because I’d hope you’ll return! :’) This is for designs that I create.

For returning customs, because they are One of a kind and time consuming, If you send me a message or email we can go over options and ideas!

I can NOT recreate a custom piece, As its a customers own idea and design, hence OOAK (one of a kind) All customs are custom and uniquely created for those who buy a custom spot. I am always willing to come up with ideas that are similar in theme but they must be different from the design you liked.
